- Hey! Back Alley Bikes has a new
location. We're still in the same
building, but now we're in the front.
Triple the square footage crammed full of
weird old bike stuff.
- More Mechanics! Back Alley Bikes is
now armed with a quiver of three ace
mechanics: Jason Merrill, Ben Horner, and
our newest recruit, Rob Noti. There may
be bike shops with more new, shiny stuff,
but there is no better repair shop for at
least a five block radius from 108 N.
Graham St.
- Back Alley Bikes is the sponsor bike
shop for the Habitat for Humanity Bike
and Build. There is a group of college
age young'uns currently pedaling their
way across the country in order to raise
money for the Orange County chapter of
Habitat for Humanity. We are very proud
to be their local connection to the
cycling community. They've even got a
website: bikeandbuild.org You should
give them money.
- Back Alley Bikes will be participating
in the 2008 Tour de Cure, a fund raising
cycling event to raise money for diabetes
research. They've got a website at this
address: tour.diabetes.org
